Fun, fitness, and connection with fellow runners
After spending a day on the water, it’s nice to get a little more movement in. Depending on the day, we head out for an easy run along coastal paths, through small villages, or towards scenic viewpoints. Sometimes it’s in the morning to start the day with fresh energy, and sometimes later when the light begins to soften.
The pace is relaxed, with plenty of time to take it easy, enjoy the views, or just appreciate the feeling of your stride. We adapt the routes and timing based on the destination, the weather, and the group’s vibe, and we only go when it feels right.
Whether it’s a quick workout or a bit more time, it’s not so much about how far you go, but more about the experience. It’s a simple way to clear your head, breathe deeply, and connect with the surroundings.
