Cancellation and Refund Policy
Overview
Below is a brief overview of our cancellation fees. Full details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Booking Cancellation by you
- From the date of booking up to 61 days before the first day of the trip: 50% of your trip price
- Within 60 days before the first day of the trip: 100% of your trip price
Name Changes by you
Swapping between two trips by you
Up until 61 days prior the trip you can swap the trip free of charge BUT there is no refund in case the new trip is cheaper. In the event of the new trip being more expensive you will have to pay the remaining balance.
Within 61 days prior the trip we have to see individually. Please contact us. We are always willing to help you with all the possibilities there is.
Refunds
Depending on the situation and once we receive your request, we will adjust your booking accordingly. This may mean that you will either need to pay the remaining balance or receive a refund to the payment method you originally used. For example, if you paid 30% at the time of booking, you may still be required to pay the remaining 20% or even 70%, depending on the applicable cancellation fee. The fee gets calculated by the above mentioned dates. See more details in our terms and conditions. We always recommend purchasing external travel cancellation insurance.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
