To enter the competition, please visit the URL: www.instagram.com/piratesofparadise. The prize will be raffled among all participants. Participation is done by fulfilling the conditions mentioned in the post. Postal entries will not be considered in the draw.
The promotion starts after publication of the post and ends with the date mentioned on the Instagram page(www.instagram.com/piratesofparadise).
Participation is free and allowed to any natural person. For underage participants, Pirates requires the consent of the parent or guardian. Participation requires the truthful provision of data relevant to participation. Sweepstakes clubs as well as automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate. Please participate only once. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning, as they will be filtered and blocked from the draw.
Pirates is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of Pirates and the participating companies as well as their relatives are not allowed to participate in this competition. The legal process is excluded.
The Pirates winners will be selected from all participants in an independent drawing.
The winner will be notified by posting the winner’s Instagram username as a comment under the sweepstakes post. If applicable, the winner will also be notified of the prize via a private message.
The winner will be invited with the prize notification. The winner will receive a voucher code from Pirates, which can be used to redeem the prize in the online store www.pirates-of-paradise.com. The participating person is responsible for the correctness of the contact data provided.
If a winner does not contact Pirates within 2 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a:e winner:in Pirates provides incorrect contact information and the sending or delivery of the prize is therefore not possible.
Pirates of Paradise reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time without notice and without giving any reason. However, Pirates will only make use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed. Pirates is not liable for any loss, failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced by equivalent prizes.
Your safety and satisfaction are our focus. Pirates stores and uses the collected data exclusively for the execution of the competition. After the end of the competition, all information will be deleted.
The cash payment of the winnings is not possible. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. The legal process is excluded. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation shall remain unaffected. It shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. Pirates reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
